This is the first time in a long time that I really dislike the exterior right off the bat. Maybe it will grow on me in time. But, I really love that interior.

    It’s as if the SP3, SF90, F80, and 12C had a drunken orgy…without condoms. But, I don’t hate that.

How can an old testarossa look like a 2050 car and this look like a 1980 car?

Please bring the SF90 back and now the 849 testarossa is priced at the same level as a 296 Speciale. It's strange what Ferrari is doing here, and the sound is quieter than the XX, as you can hear on the sound video.

It feels like they have made a specific goal of taking 2 distinct design paths, driveway art (SP3, 296, Amalfi) and science fiction transporters (F80, 849T)

Feels like they took a couple of the cars in the speed racer cartoon and merged them together.

My first impression the car is not a V12 engine. It's a SF90 with the same engine as basically the 488, F154 CB or FA (SF90). Ferrari is getting lazy or making too many cars. I do like the looks.

I am not sure why use the name of an iconic 1950's Ferrari and a design statement of its time 1980's Ferrari. This car with due respect is neither. There are some retro touches, particularly at the back and the black strip on the front reminds me more of a BB , in fact the dead ahead view of the car has a lot of BB influence to me.

More power but perhaps this sits uncomfortably close to the F80 both in style and power, when has it ever been that the flagship Ferrari passes design ques down to other models in the range, I cannot recall this ever happening.

its interesting design that i like better than f80 but the side scoop badly needs to not be perpendicular to the ground. that is such a jarring look. i dont care for the front view either

unwatchable, and the power is a very little step (5% lolrotfl ), but with 1200hp F80 (for the next 10 years...) due to an auto-imposed little 3.0 v6 they couldn't do better on purpose, but in this way they created a real "bottleneck" for the next 10 years lineup with the F80 as flagship. Il reparto stradali ormai è lo specchio del team di F1: minimo possibile per massimo profitto, tanto chi li riempie di soldi lo trovano sempre.

It is bold. It has a different silhouette. It carries forward the "doesnt look like it has eyes and a mouth" look, which is fine. The more cars with the black stripe, the more it becomes codified as 'acceptable' design language to those who interpret the aesthetics through a lens of extreme conservatism.

The design is harmonious. It carries forward design language from the 12Cilindri, F80, 296VS. It was extremely unlazy (unlike Amalfi) in modifying the SF90.. it is almost unrecognizable.

And finally, it has a presence that merits the price tag.

    Bravo Ferrari.

Poor those guys who have paid 1 million for their SF90XX still to be delivered, and now this has more power and is probably better…
