Thanks! The form factor is perfect for this application for sure. It's an EONON X3U. The quality isn't the best - better than you'd expect for the price, but not nearly at a premium level. There's another company, Power Acoustik or something like that, that has a similar product that seems quite popular (I found it after I bought this one)! However, that option doesn't have a knob for the volume... and I hate the up/down buttons for volume control! I think I'll buy one to compare.

I agree, it’s really distracting having to touch a volume button compared to a knob I have also seen people install the Power Acoustik - seems like you can’t go wrong with either. I love the OEM clean look — and still being able to hide it away under the cover. Some of the aftermarket head units I’ve seen in 550’s, 360’s, 599’s, 430’s and various other exotics can look really tacky/cheap.
