Not sure if you're willing to travel a bit but I know some people in So Cal/Utah/other places realistically close bring their car to Mclaren Las Vegas (service manager and techs were formally Ferrari Las Vegas since back in the Wynn Ferrari dealership days). Most of us have with Ferraris have followed them from the Wynn to Towbin now to Mclaren just because the work quality and service is top shelf.

EMC the only way to go.
Glad to hear Alex finally took the plunge. He's been talking about it for years. Good guy and quality work.
You won't be disappointed by talking your car to EMC..... although they usually have quite a waiting list.

There are definitely fewer facilities and fewer people working on the Italian vehicles in Phx, despite the car community 10X over the last 20years.
