    I made purchased from Sforza and I would recommend to avoid. Nicolo was quick to respond until payment, then it's radio silent and no customer support thereafter.

    As you can see from the pictures, splitters sizing did not match, there's a huge gap between the splitter and the body (car is a CPO F8). I've sent pictures and videos of the issue and I have not heard back from their customer service or Nicolo in over a week. Their IG page claims 30 years of experience yet they fail to meet the most fundamental customer needs. I plan on disputing through my credit card company.

    Update: Nicolo provided pictures and explained the areas of the defect and we were able to come to terms on a resolution. I've also provided my perspective and feedback for improvement, and apologized for hit on their customer service in the forums (I was unaware of a two-weeks holiday shutdown).
