I bought a 296 from Ferrari Las Vegas. I get the car shipped. The first drive it has a loud sound coming from the right rear. It’s more annoying the faster you go
This is a 22. Not a 86 355. This is the way I got it with 5,000 miles
So I ship it to Salt Lake Ferrari. They’ve had the car 3 weeks and diagnosed it with a bad wheel bearing
2 weeks ago parts ordered. Monday I’m told the parts are in the US. Today my advisor tells me they don’t know where the parts are.
I’m livid. I called and talked to the manager at Vegas and he tells me “ be glad it’s being fixed” I’m paying $4000 a month on a car that should have been inspected before selling at an authorized dealer and I can’t drive.
Who would you guys say I need to contact at Corporate?
    Help

What were your due diligence steps before purchase, e.g. your test drive, inspections, ...?
What written claims of condition were in sales contract?
    What warranty was provided?
Unsure about who to suggest contacting without that type of information.
Used car sales commonly are on an as-is, where-is basis, a different kettle of fish than new car sales. Perhaps Ferrari "corporate" has no role in this disappointment?

It’s still under warranty plus two years CPO. Had a friend inspect the car. Got clean bill of health. Any other car maker with a warranty car wouldn’t send out a car like this. In 25 years of buying Porsches and Lamborghini I’ve never had a problem like this . For a warranty car to be sold CPO it should have been inspected. That’s what CPO means certified has specific context. Meaning it’s been inspected and certified to Ferrari standards. I don’t think bad wheel bearings are a feature
    Thanks for your help

Good catch. Looks like he's been driving the car for 6 months. Little curious how he says the first drive there was a problem when the prior posts describe how amazing the car was during his drives.

This sounds perfectly normal for a Ferrari repair....back and forth on parts and where they are. I was told a part was coming from overseas when it was actually coming from the US. I would give the dealer an opportunity to fix it before jumping to the next step and calling Ferrari North America....A good POC that I used for my PTU was Andrew [email protected]
