this is what was reported to me at last year’s annual service. I was advised to keep an eye on it during the year.

I’ve just completed this year service and there was no mention of a gearbox leak but now they are saying that one of my rear shocks is leaking slightly, but not enough to fail its annual MOT test .

Back in April and May I started getting intermittent lift failure warnings, especially when cornering at speed. Last month this became a more persistent fault, although the lift motor works fine and the car will raise and lower. I checked the reservoir level and found that the reservoir was low for the system, so I refilled it. Could a leak from the lift system at one of the corners be sending the Ferrari mechanics on wild goose chases regarding gearbox or rear shocks leaking?

There are no suspension or gearbox warnings.

I notice a line item on the invoice for ZWD 200ml lube 2000. The engine oil is listed separately so does anyone know what this might be?

The lift pump is at the rear of the car, so it is possible that is your leak. If you pull the trays off you should be able to see
