    It’s hard not to pick your own cars! Regardless, if it was my one and only sports car, a gated 430. If I could have another from a different brand, I’d go with gated 575 and pair with a small mid engine, lotus/cayman/gt4

    My answer is if it is a Ferrari, it has to be something with the legendary 12 cylinder engine....

    I'd say an F50, but that would not fit the price limit...

    If I was 30 yrs old I'd say a TR, but since I'm old, probably something like a 456, 550, 575, 612....

    365 GT4 BB or 512 TR or… 308 GTS with carbs because the open top makes a big difference to me.

    It’s easy for me- a pre GPF 812.
    V12 sound and fury, exterior and interior have and will continue to age well and lower maintenance than my second choice-a 512BBi

    Yesterday in Rimini my friend Tino spotted this white Testarossa at the Gran Premio Nuvolari 2025.
    With less than 400.000 $ I believe that a red 512 TR or even better a red 365 GT4 BB with carbs transformed into a GTS would be my definitive Ferrari: mid rear flat 12 cylinder with carburetors and the hair in the wind. As I searched the web I even found one; what a pity they didn't make them as regular production.

    Well there is always an F50.....or you can save 15X and buy a Diablo Roadster. Drove mine this morning and it is complete nirvana.
