FYI after experimenting with a few options I have settled on using the Blendmount BR7-2001R to mount my Uniden R7 in my F12. This mount does reduce the upward range of adjustment of the rear view mirror so it may not work for everyone but I was able to get it arranged where I have a perfect view out the rear window and have the device mounted just where I want it. To me personally this is vastly preferable to using a suction cup. I've now put about 3,000 miles on the car with this setup including lots of spirited driving on some pretty rough surfaces and have not experienced any issues. The Blendmount site lists this as a generic mount and does not indicate that it is compatible with the F12 but if you are a big Blendmount fan disappointed at the lack of a solution for these cars it's worth a shot to see if it works for you and your seating position. I realize this is couple years old, but maybe you or someone else will see it - how tall of a guy are you?
sorry forgot to quote. Maybe you will see this or someone else that has used this blendmount for the F12 you listed - how tall of a guy are you? I am 6’2.
