I'm curious if in the Speciale we'll get the steering wheel it launched with or the one with the start button from the 849.

I believe even the f80s final steering wheel will be different to the one it was launched with (wheel was apparently shown to journalists, not to public)

I just checked on Eurospares, a complete gloss carbon steering wheel + LEDs (-airbag, paddles, & clock spring) for the 296 is Part #808224. It is about £14k + VAT(20%) in the UK. I thought it would be a retrofit for just 1 or maybe both haptic steering wheel module(s). In the parts manual, you cannot buy the haptic module(s) separately so let's see what they will offer ...

I love that they brought back the physical engine start button. To me, that and the manettino are iconic and should always be on a Ferrari.

Ferrari Lake Forest said the wheel with some buttons would be (the one shown on the 296 VS), but this was before the 849 Testarossa wheel with the start button was shown. Not sure what wheel will show up.

that quote is for an entire steering wheel change- not the center button stack only- which is what this post is about
