    Hello electrical issue expert,

    I have some trouble with my right headlight of one of my 328. he refuses to leave its housing. So I took the electric motor apart to test it and it works but only when I plug the white electical terminal and not the black one.

    Sorry for my poor technical language but I hope it's more understandable with the photos below

    Can some here give me an explanation please ? All is correct or not ?

    Essayez une fois de changer les relais de place. Chaque coté a ca propre relais je pense.
    Juste pour savoir si les deux relais marchent bien.
    Est ce que vous avez le schema electrique?

    Bertrand try to change the two Bosch relays from place in the instrument panel.
    Each headlight has its own relay.
    Just to know if maybe one is defective.

    Il s'agit de les 3 relais au fond en haut completement a droite.
    Les trois relais on le meme numéro Bosch 0332 204 101.
    Donc interchangables.

    The relays are the 3 last relays on top completely on the right side.
    They have the same bosch number Bosch 0332 204 101

    Il y a aussi une diode sur le moteur que tu doit une fois verifier (la ou les cables gris et vert vont dans le moteur electrique que vous avez deja démonter).
    Parfois une mauvais soudure ou une diode cassé
    Il faut aussi demonter le couvercle et bien nettoyer les trois contacts qui se trouvent en desous et remettre un peu de graisse.

    Try to clean that black oxidation. Also on the inside of that black connector and also the other side twin connector where this black connector is connected.

    Merci. J'ai déjà vérifié les relais et fusibles.
    Je pense que je vais ouvrir le couvercle pour vérifier cela....... wait and see
