How about offered allocation undecided due to tariffs?

For those that got an allocation and that will or have ordered one; what spec do you have in mind?

Thank you for setting up the survey. I wanted to capture a snapshot of the results as of today and see how this evolves over time once pricing is known, reviews come out, etc.

I wonder if people change their mind on this poll?

I decided to pass for a couple of reasons - tariffs/pricing being the major factor. I am sure the car will be wonderful though.

The powerful Ferrari marketing will allow them to sell all VS, with customers begging for being awarded the "exclusive" model.
In the short term, a few rejected customers will push second hand prices up.
What will happen in 2 or 3 years is anyone's guess, but I would not bet on limited depreciation then.

Speciale, Pista - all went below list. Speciale was under MSRP as recent as 2021. I also feel the market will be soft after the initial euphoria wears off but no one can predict what it will be in 5-10 years. it will all depend on what ferrari is offering among other factors.

Will this be the last good looking car? The 849 has me worried for the 296M.

Maybe the 296M will turn out like the cake in "MacArthurPark" as the Amalfi seems to have already suffered that same fate...

I did; I wasn't in the initial April round of offers and had marked the vote accordingly, but ended up with a coupe spot two weeks ago. It's now in the app as a Waitlist car.

Maybe I'm reading the room wrong, or it's the bias of my own social media algorithm(s), but I sense very nominal interest in the Amalfi.

In terms of car content, I get pushed content about:
    • GT3RS (unbelievable amount really, I swear IG and YT think that's what I live and breathe apparently)
    • F40
    • Revuelto
    • Testarossa (both 849 and the 1980s version)
    • 360CS
    • Speciales
    • R34 Skyline/GTR (not something I search ever but it keeps thinking that's what I want next)
    • Gordon Murray cars
    • Aston new Vanquish, Valhalla
    • Singer 911s

Very similar, the one that really perked up was the 1984 Testarossa after that name came back. The Amalfi has hardly been promoted since the initial launch. What little attention the car receives is represented with poor color choices in mostly sterile settings. It may have been the August holiday to some degree but with four new models in a brief time frame for a relatively small company like Ferrari, seems to be too much...

I agree. The Roma Spider is relatively new and most people that own and drive them love everything about the car. I wonder what the order books look like.

lets be honest. from the get go ferrari indicated this car will be available for who wants one it may just be a while before they get an allocation. you can over analyze it any way you want, but i can guarantee you that if someone has a 296 they'll be able to get one of these. in fact, also probably for anyone walking into a dealer 1 year after deliveries begin, too. if i am wrong save this post and make me eat it later. but it ain't gonna happen.

i am actually worried i will get a call sooner rather than later. i hope for later so that i can see what the modificata looks like first. it'll have the same output but if ferrari has any sense at all (after the testarossa disaster) they will fire the current current designer and make it look stupendous.

in fact- standby for short lines for the testa and big drops on the used car market after they come out. it is too ugly to outrun itself. in fact- it makes a good case to consider a used lower spec one of those after it loses 150k off the floor instead of a speciale.
