Ferrari 548 What fitting is installed on the rear bumper that the fog light cover bolts to on the inside of the back bumper ? 2 of mine backed out when I took the fog light cover off

does anyone know the size of this threaded insert and where I can order 2? I attached pictures of what I’m talking about
