How to clean the inner contacts of your window switches =
Remove your switch from the door panel. Leave the outer plastic ring in place, just take the switch out.

Remove the upper switch plate with drawing with a screwdriver. No need of much force...

Remove the inner body with contacts. Use 1 screwdriver on one side so the body becomes crooked.
With an other small screwdriver go to the other side and pry body out.

Cleaning the contacts. Use very fine sandpaper or the point of a knife to clean brass (or sometimes silver) contacts.
Take a pliers and remove the pin upwards by pulling on the spring

Put plate back in place by pulling spring and pin upwards first. You can now put plate in place and with a pliers pull spring and put pin back in place like it was before. Seems the opening from the spring is upwards on the plate side. Make sure this is for both plates the same.

Putting all back together = make sure the body with the open side of connectors are put in the direction of the black protrusion...
