David Lucas had inherited Nelson's local newspaper in Nelson/NZ, owned a restaurant named "Redheads" and a well-equipped fitness centre operated by his partner Jane. Where did you get these photos? Would love to see closer/higher resolution versions of the garages/photos in town. The teams would park their cars at the garages/dealerships on Main Street and then either drive or trailer them up to the track.
Good afternoon, I purchased approximately 6,500 negatives on eBay 25 years ago. Many negatives from various racing series, Can Am, road races, Brighamton, Ferrari Club meeting in San Diego.
