    Old news but I saved this and Image Unavailable, Please Login I vaguely recall discussing this years ago. Tried a search and nothing hit.

    Anyone know the real person/story behind this pic?

    I read all 10 pages of the original thread but the identity of that car remains a mystery (to me, at least). Do we know the VIN of that car, and who the current owner might be? I'm sorry if this is a redundant question, or if it is common knowledge.

    For what it’s worth, I reached out to the photographer, Tony, a couple weeks ago and bought one of the prints referenced in the threads above. He asked me to post here to mention that he has exactly three prints left to sell and no plans to do another run. If you’re interested, now’s the chance.

    Paid $250 and he had difficulty mailing from Canada to the US, so shipping via FedEx which added a few bucks too.

    I had planned to post something once I got home from this road trip, but spotted the thread just now.

    He also had this to say:
