    Was in Milan for the past several weeks - visited with my good friend Marco - Alfa Historian and owner of the largest collection of Alfa Products in the small model size. His collection is over 2000 products from auto's, airplanes, military vehicles and house hold pieces.

    Looking over the collection I spotted these vintage Alfa Transport vehicles for the Ferrari Race Cars.

    I thought I would share with the F-Chat crowd.

    Very cool, Eddie. Love that "vineyard truck" for lack of a better name. The trailer behind must be carrying crates of wine as supplies are used. Those guys really know how to do it with style.

    Thank you - here is an interesting model

    In 63 alfa made the " pope mobile " for the Vatican - at the time Montini was the Cardinal, later became the Pope

    Few more of the vast collection.

    A dedicated passion to the preservation of Alfa, its history encompassing all the products - i even saw a refrigerator !

    The collection is so big, he purchased its own condo for it in his building in Milan. :D:)
