This is a Teves MkII system, sold by Continental to various car companies in the 1980's. Beleived to be most similar to the Jaguar XJ6 and XJ12's in the 1980, at least in Europe. Some Jag's used Bosch systems. Bosch may have licenced some parts of the Teves systems.

You might find a rebuilder who works on the Jags, they are not identical systems but the internals that need rebuilding may be the same. The volume of Jag's would be much higher than the Ferrari's, and those Jag's have a classic car following that might have dealt with these system rebuild requirements.

Apparently the failure rates were really low, so as far as I can recall I don't think there has been a repair thread on F Chat dealing with this.

You might also call Italian Car Parts, they offer rebuilding services for many F car items. I don't think they list the ABS systems in their rebuild listings, but they may be able to find someone who can.

Do share what you are able to do, I have an 88 3.2 cab with the ABS. There is an ABS shop manual for that system, and includes some diagnostics, but no details on rebuilding.

ok thank you my electric motor was good. It was a mechanical part that was seized. I took it apart rebuilt it myself. Everything works

I called for a new one it was $12,900 USD and I live in Canada so it's like $3000 duty

but I did find a used one on eBay and I bought it

Interesting, where did you get rebuild parts, or did you simply get a seized part moving again? What part actually seized up.

    I am also in Canada.

@tonymondial Would you please post pictures and describe your process for rebuilding? That would be one way to repay the people who tried to help you and pass down knowledge to others behind you. This situation is not going to get easier.

Like some new members here, he probably won't post anything about his solution and just bailing on us all and will forget about helping anyone else, story of our time!
    Prove me wrong.
