    Cool! Will be interesting to see what it goes for.

    There are lots of people that make these and half scale ones. Unfortunately most look great in pics but up close they are really, really rough.

    These are made for PR purposes. They ship them around the world for various events, including F1 displays. Some may be owned by the primary sponsor. Its unusual one comes up for auction.

    There are a few “shops” in Brasil that make them strictly as wall decoration for collectors. Those are what I’m seeing lately. They also make generic quarter scale F1 bodies and F1 painted chairs. They aren’t licensed in any way. Not sure how they get away with it really.

    Typically the PR ones that are made for shows are done well and licensed.
