The last BBi I weighed came in at 3400lbs, Testarossa 3600lbs, stock US spec 308 minus converters was 3079lbs. A 74 365 in my shop with 1/4 tank of fuel is 1500kgs on the dot = 3300lbs.

Neat, I always wondered actual weight on these cars.

Curious how 512TR compares vs same market testarossa; I should weigh it sometime.

Good hard data, thank you as usual Paul! 3300lbs with about 1/4 tank is the same as a Euro spec Pantera too, heavier than they look.

Meant to add another car I weighed this year, my 81 400i auto running on fumes, no tools or jack but had the spare in the trunk. A portly 4004 lbs

Is there a fairly easy way too find out the weight of cars? Particularly what my 81 BB weight is.

Steve: Find a racer who has a set of corner weight scales. A lot of circle track guys have them as do most race prep shops. These scales are VERY accurate. That is what we use.
