Are these transferrable? The product page says it's programmed to the VIN?

 

Hi, yes, this is transferrable. It's an aftermarket product so not tied to a VIN. There are some DIP switches for which type of vehicle. I have it set for a 488 but the setting might be different if you have a different car, like say a 458.
