Like many of you, I have a 2015 Ferrari 458 Italia and had the dreaded sticky button issue. I tried many of the home remedies and the buttons still had a weird finish and looked terrible, especially the buttons on the steering wheel which drove me crazy as well as the surface that surrounds the instrument cluster. I ordered my car new and I plan to keep the car until I'm too old to drive it so I reached out to my local Austin Ferrari dealership and some other local shops to see what my options are for repair or replacement.

The Ferrari dealership explained that they can disassemble and replace all of the sticky buttons, however it would take 3-4 months and the cost is $11K! Ouch! I asked around and checked the forums and many people claimed Norwood Auto Italia was one of the best places in the country to perform this work. So I called Norwood and spoke with the owner Michael and he was very helpful. He said they have repaired sticky buttons for many Ferraris and they have an awesome vendor who does the laser etching. I was also blown away how affordable it was to do all the sticky surfaces in my car which was a fraction of the cost of the Ferrari dealer. Furthermore, the time to get everything completed was only 3 weeks!

So me and a friend setup transport for both of our 458's to be delivered to Norwood which is located outside of Dallas TX in Carrollton TX. The pictures speak for themselves, the buttons and surface areas look like new OEM buttons and have a very nice satin/matte finish. I am so pleased and highly recommend Norwood!

That sounds great since I’m a reasonable drive away from them but their website is down. That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence but I’ll probably give them a call anyway

Great post, great results and seems like a heck of a price! My 488 started needing the buttons address but like you my Ferrari dealer was super expensive but other places needed me to remove all the buttons which I am not capable of with out breaking stuff as I am not qualified to take apart a Ferrari dash. Luckily on my F8 the buttons do not feel like that soft rubber soft touch junk Ferrari used....thankful for that!
