At idle, the end of injection angle is 378 on one bank; on the other it’s 372.

    How much variation is acceptable?

Do you mean cam timing angle? To my knowledge there is no end of injection angle information supplied.

Below is my best guess of what EOI is. If anyone has a different opinion, please voice your perspective.

End Of Injection (EOI) angle is a PID expressed in terms of crankshaft angle degrees.

Various manufacturers employ differering zero point and measurement conventions.

On the Modena, it appears that TDC power stroke is assigned zero crank angle, and EOI is measured backwards through the cycle. Hence, 370 EOI is 10 degrees before intake TDC.

One scanner I used on my 360 did report this EOI, but an SD2 scanner did not.

I have no idea how valid/accurate/stable this PID is.
