Got a call from my dealer, my Lusso had now 7 annual services and the CPU Service memory is full. So either I pay 300 € for cleaning the memory or I won't get a service message anymore. Has anybody heard of this absolute BS ? Cannot be true, especially as I have to pay the service now out of my own pocket (with the warranty extension).
Mine Lusso is beyond the 7 years and I still get the messages... popped up today to remind me in 30days
May I ask you how many times you annually serviced your car after the free 7 years maintainance? For me it is the first time .. the more I think about this nonesense, the angrier I get.
$300 for labor? Seems like something you could clear yourself. What a joke I’ve done my 8th year service and about to do 9th. Not coincidentally, the first service after the free ones is $$$. All filter and fluid change. Was $5500 here.
Same here, so you got a service warning for your 9th ... interesting. I have the feeling that my dealer tries to screw me ... would not be the first time.
