SCAM - Beware

I saw an ad for a centre exhaust for a 296GTB and decided that I would buy it and powder coat since I don't like the dirty look of my polished one.

One was for sale and I said I would take it. Someone saw the conversation and sent me a DM asking me for the address to ship it to. I've pasted the 2 DMs so you can all see how the game was played.

The scammer then emailed me and gave me a Zelle email to pay.

I will report the scam to the FBI but there is ZERO chance that they'll do anything about it. It's not going to affect me but it's so sad that we have people like this in this community.

The emails of the scammers were: [email protected] and
