    When I was a kid in the early 80’s and got to fly I remember the experience being more noteworthy. Most flights were Delta and I assume the planes were from the 60’s or 70’s.

    I remember what seemed to be quick acceleration and throw you back in the seat cool on take off.

    Also I remember landings being more pronounced maybe feeling like a little faster speed than today and the braking being hard enough to jerk you tight against your seatbelt.

    When I fly today I don’t feel like any of this is the same.

    Have the planes changed and become more mundane or did I just get used to it or did remember it differently that is really was?
