does anyone have any real knowledge of big $$$ failures on the 296/ sf90s? I haven't read or spoken with anyone that would lead me to believe these cars are endemically flawed even with time and miles.

I am wondering if it make sense to just self insure. $30k for 3 years. Maybe nothing goes wrong. That $30k would have become $40k if invested in the S&P 500 over that same 3 years time frame.

There are plenty of discussions in the various model threads of the upsides and downsides to renewing - Safe4now's thread should not get sidelined by that as it is trying just to explain the intricacies of the Ferrari system
