Storage over winter or keep for winter use?

Hi All,

Thoughts on storage over winter vs keeping it for occasional winter use. I know some of you daily in it, but I'm worried the UK salt roads will kill it.

Any tips appreciated.

Mine gets sorn'd at the end of October and doesn't come out of the garage until the beginning of April. Yes ok I miss driving it but the thought of all that salt getting in everwhere makes it an easy decision.

 

Still ok weather now but il sorn mine end November when tax runs out until 1st March
Keeping in a nice warm garage on charge and spend an hour here and there looking at it il keep the cover on it also
You don’t want be driving it on the salty slippy roads come December time

 

Also fill it with fuel and optionally pop some fuel additive in (I used to when I had an F430) to help keep the fuel fresh. A partially full tank allows moisture to get in.

 

Thanks all, @Zarakoff do you also put the original ferrari cover on it too even in the garage? I was thinking even if I can't drive it I could still go and look at it over the winter without the cover?
