Very strange noise. Need help

Can anyone help me. Ferrari dealer has been no help as every time I take the car to the dealership it doesn't make this noise. Noise coming from rear left side behind wheel. It sounds like some kind of a pump straining to fill something up. As you can hear. At the end it sounds like whatever it is has finally got what it needs and slowly becomes quiet. The noise is pretty loud when it first starts it. There is no specific time it does this and thats what is driving me crazy. It is getting more frequent ohhh except when the dealer has it.
