    I own a 488, and absolutely love my Italian flag style transmission controls modification, which really brings the interior to life and makes it more playful and cheerful.

    This is one of the things I'm sad about, waiting for a new for me 296. And suddenly I thought, that the new control unit was simply made for such a modification. I hope someone from tuners, or even the factory, will pay attention to such idea and bring it to life.

    That is a great idea. I’ve always liked the Tri-Colour console control covers but they would not work for my 458 Spider. My 296 GTS arrives in the Spring and possibly someone will create console control slide covers by then.

    To each their own. To me- it cheapens the car.

    I do like the tri-color stitching on the steering wheel.
