I need the first nylon gear driven by the motor for a Ferrari 113047 (clock for 1981 308 GTSi). Are any available, or has anyone 3D printed these?

I’ve considered installing Luch internals but those clocks don’t seem to be currently available.

I’d like to keep it as original as possible, but I can’t justify spending $800 for a used one that’s likely to fail the same way.

    Are there other solutions?

Buy a cheap Veglia clock for a Fiat 124 Spider from the same era, and disassemble it for your spare parts.

124 clocks are cheap on such as eBay, and I'd wager that the internals would be the same.

At least, it's worth a try.

I’ve got a used 124 clock on the way (removed from a parts car, untested). Hopefully the gear is intact and identical. Also, a fellow I work with has modeled the original gear in CAD in hopes of being able to produce new replacements. I suspect that manufacturing to the required level of precision will be cost-prohibitive, but we’ll never know unless we try.
