    Thanks for the referrals

After a few calls, it seems standard powder coat is good only to 400 deg F, else I’d need to do a Hi Temp powder coat process to 1200F, which not all shops do.

Searching past forum posts, I’ve yet to find a consensus on how hot the engine temps are at the Challenge Grill. I did find suggestions ‘most any paint would do, powder coat is preferred.’

My existing grill defiantly shows signs of heat spots that appear as blotchy, silvery spots.

Try asking Dale at GP Autoworks, he was at SD Ferrari for a decades. He may know the fix for your ferrari and where to go.
None of these bodyshops would know more than Dale himself.

Looks great, where did you get it done? I'm in San Marcos and happy to know about good local shops. How much if you dont mind saying?

Seconding talking to Dale at GP for advice or getting work done. He is a super good guy and great resource. I'm over there at least once a month picking his brain for how to fix one thing or another.
