Shmee said the F8 has become a collectable

I think the only drawback of the F8 is the sound.

 

^^^ still sounds quite good when driving but you are right. There are definitely no other ‘negatives’

I used that trick on my Huracan EVO and made it even louder. F8 owners take note.

Kinda feel like this is what they're going to do for the full EV cars coming soon.

 

As an F8 owner coming from a 488 with stock exhaust but valves opened all the time I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!

I am going to keep it stock due to the warranty I got when purchased....and going to keep the car at least 1 year but a 812SF I experienced is tugging at me..the sound is..well you know...and as a street car it is fun....we will see what happens in a year or so.

 

I have a SF. It is incredible.

 

WISH: ferrari release some sort of factory exhaust-upgrades!!

 

I’m gonna hire this guy to make car sounds from the passenger seat. Not sure if this will negate my warranty. I’ll run it by @ToddCloud

I like SHMEE years ago. Now he is just irritating and don't follow him at all.

IMO he is a privileged wanker.

 

I will forward through some of his video's but I do not know anything about him or if he is legit.

October 2015 he bought his first Ferrari a second hand 2011 FF . Now look at his collection. Something is a miss.

With him now its just what he is going to buy next. To me now its all about what he is going to buy next.

What disturbs me is that he doesn't give and bad reviews so he is sucking up to everyone.

 

I used to follow him a lot as hes clearly a keen car guy (though cant drive to save his life!)
Unfortunately he does now come across as a spoilt a**e in his videos. ....and then recently a friend who knows him through other car connections tells me (on pretty good authority) that he is making an average £500k a MONTH through his online content. So all us mugs are simply paying for that latest hypercar (yes i know he has other business interests too).

 

Like most on Youtube.... cars, watches, guns, musical instruments whatever are all shilling to make a $. Yep I get it for sure! ;-)

 

Interesting! I always find it interesting, educational to see how people get to where they are. I have no ill wants towards success, quite the opposite as I love to see people doing great and to see how they accomplished their goals. I think some hate Shmee as I do not know his real name because of his smiley nerdy personality, however something worked and is working for him so more power to him with buying cars and running his channel. I'd love to get him out on Sebring for a track day. Show him the line and let's go have a fun day. He has some cars I'd love to see out on track!

 

He partnered with someone and they own a financing company (bank) in the UK... so he makes his money from the auto loans etc... plus his online 'influencing' of course.

 

Well that makes sense.
