Is there any other info on 288? Did he buy it new/ one owner? Ferrari classiche? Will be interesting to see what it goes for.

 

One owner, 2000 miles , my guess is 9.7 inclusive of fees

 

One owner. Picked it up at the factory drove it in Italy, shipped home, never converted and parked in the collection.
I know the car well and never seen a more untouched, more original 288. Not sure of value of the FXX but in my mind the 288 is the Belle of the Ball. Has a Red Book.

85 more after a 1992 build? I've read 20-60 total in 1992 but never a number as high as 85.
