18" BBS Challenge Wheels discussion

Hello everyone, can someone give me an idea of the market value of a set of 18 inch challenge wheels? I want to sell mine. Thanks.

Someone made mods to the rear brakes in order to fit these on a Scud and save more unsprung weight. Could be an option for others

Hi we have a 2001 360 and just purchased some of the 18" Challenge wheels (light weight) with BBS decals,
What tyres are people running? looking at online info it should be
Pirelli P Zero Direzionale 215/45 R18 Y (89) - Front
Pirelli P Zero Asimmetrico 275/40 R18 Y (99) - Rear
Is this correct?

I have to check the size but I went with Michelin PS4s tires
225/40 zr18
285/35 zr 18
just checked

 

I went with OEM recommendations that I found:
225 /40 R18
275 /40 R18

The rear has a slight stretch. Not sure if that's intended or due to variances in brands. I'm okay with it.

 

Hi everyone / if you are looking to buy a set of genuine 18 inch magnesium Challenge wheels, please let me know as I have a couple of sets spare.

they are located in the UK, but happy to ship at your expense. One that has a set of lightly used slicks and the other set has a set of road tyres on them with very little use.
