    I was not upset, just thinking that Alonso is not the one likely to grab another championship; mentioning Lance was just a way to stress my view that no matter how Newey could be a genius, Alonso will not be world champion (and neither will Lance).
    Russell, Piastri, Verstappen, Norris are far more likely than Alonso to win in 2026 than Alonso (or Lance...)

    Really, it depends on the car that Newey puts together. If he puts something together like his 2023 car, Alonso has the best shot he has ever had since his last championship, and I would argue it's a realistic possibility.
