Hi Walter... Thank you for trying to assist! I tried what you recommended, but it still does not work for me. When I Click on the username I wish to send a PM to, nothing related to sending a PM appears. If I go to the top of any page and put my cursor on my username (not clicking) a drop down menu appears. When I select Conversations a box appears and lets me put in the username and the text to be sent, but that's it. Nothing happens after that. Is the related to some kind of membership level? Mike
Hi Mike. I’m on an iPad. If you go to the top right corner of the Ferrarichat header banner where your user name and head and shoulders icon is, tap on the head and shoulders and a drop down menu appears. Select conversations from the right hand column and a red banner pops up underneath with ‘start a conversation’ if you press that then you are prompted to enter the recipient’s user name. And you can type your message. Does that work for you? Cheers. Mark
