430 Safety Recall from Ferrari North America

I got another notice too, I still have not had it done....

 

I'm about to place another order for parts, I'm going to see if the sell me the cap now. They wouldn't sell to me 2 years ago

 

Eurospares wouldn't sell it to me either years ago.

 

I got a notice and I had it done already (along with a terrible experience).

Well, its late 2025 now, who's still waiting to get theirs done? haha

I've given up hope they are going to fulfill my order for the cap. I called my dealer and i asked if i got a group of a half dozen owners togeth if they would send a tech up here rather than shipping all these cars.... he said no. He assured me that their carrier is familiar with lowered Ferraris and it will be in "good hands".
I'm still not comfortable with it, nor the hassle of getting of work to meet drivers etc.
anyone care to share their shipping experience?

 

I haven't had mine done yet and I am only 30 minutes from my dealer!

 

I had mine changed 2 years ago... You guys still running the old caps

 

The whole thing is ridiculous. Some people are hours away from a dealer

 

Still haven’t done mine for the same reasons as Kenneyd. I just replaced my reservoir cap with a new one (old style) so I should be good for about ten more years.

 

I haven’t done mine either. To get to my nearest F dealer, I’d have to drive thru the ghetto of Van Nuys which is full of unlicensed, uninsured drivers, homeless, crazies, and mattresses on the sidewalk. Not driving my pride and joy through that toilet.
