Antigravity Batteries is introducing our new SUPER-CHARGERS to showcase a more modern take on Battery Chargers that offers more functionality, features and flexibility than what currently exists. We understand many of you use CTEK and they are a fine charger, but for the last 10 years Chargers have not evolved to offer today's available technologies. So being a manufacturer of Lithium Motorsports Batteries we needed to come up with a Charger that could have modern features and do what we needed to in our Garages, and Testing Benches are our facility, so we did just that..

Perhaps many of you have not heard of us, but we are a Lithium Motorsport Battery company, we are the Lithium Batteries that comes equipped in the new Ford GTD Mustangs, as well as the Pagani Utopias, and we are in many off the top Race Vehicles in all Motorsport Series be it Cars,Trucks, Bikes, Boats...Road Racing, Drifting, Drag, Off-Road etc... I am only saying this in the event you ask yourself " who the heck are these guys to think they can make a charger...."

Here's some examples of what we incorporated and why...

    - Charges all formats of Batteries. We wanted our new Super-Chargers to be able to charge any Vehicle Battery in your Garage, be it a Lead/Acid/AGM/GEL, or Lithium Batteries that are Ferraris, McLaren, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and more. So, our Super-Chargers can do Lead, and Lithium, and all vehicle types: Cars, Trucks, Boat, Motorcycles and more. Additionally we have the Mag-Code, and 4-Pin Charging adapters used by Ferraris, as well as the MagCode adapters for the Lithium Equipped Ferraris such as the Pista, F8 Tributos, and 812 Competiziones that came with the Lithium Batteries.

    - Digital Display We put a nice size digital display on our Charger that allows you to see the real-time Voltage and Current going into your battery, this allows you to see exactly what is going on while charging with a glance. We did this because we can't stand those LED idiot lights they continue to use on CTEK, NOCO and Optimate, sometimes they get stuck on a flashing light and you don't know what it means, or they stop charging but you really can't tell what it means unless you go find the manual. Our digital screen gives you accurate data/information on your charging status as its charging, and it will also tell you if there is a fault or incorrect polarity on the screen. The Super-Chargers also remember the last setting you chose and if power goes out at your place, when power comes back on our charger will continue to charge from where it left off.

    - Built-In Voltage Tester- A first of it kind feature on a Charger, we did this so you don't have to pull out a Multimeter to check your Batteries Voltage, you just select the Charger Voltage Test mode and it shows you live voltage of your battery. This way you can analyze if you need a charge, or if your battery is actually dead or fully charged without needing a multi-meter or going into the car to see the voltage in the dash.

    - Dedicated BMS RE-SET- This feature is designed for Lithium Batteries, as found in many supercars these days. This will awaken your Lithium battery from its protection mode if your battery has gone into protection mode due to over-discharge. This is a feature that is very beneficial for those with Cars that have Lithium Batteries., be it Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren, Lamborghini and others. Other brand simply cannot do this well, so we made a dedicated mode to accomplish this.

    - Built-In Power Supply- We put a Power Supply into the 10-Amp version and 4-Amp Versions of our Chargers.... this is also done by some other brands, and we think it a good idea to put it in... this allows for powering 12v DC devices, or keeping power on during a battery swap , it can be used with Tire inflators and other 12v devices.

    - Standard SAE Connectors- We went with SAE standardized connectors so you can easily find any extra attachments or harnesses of different lengths. CTEK and NOCO use their special proprietary connectors which have a limited supply of lengths and options. We don't like proprietary stuff like that because it doesn't allow for other options and costs more. We also have the MagCode Adapters, 4-Pin Adapters that Ferraris and other brands use. Including some longer length Pigtails, or Cig Lighter Charger Adapters such as Porsche and many other vehicles use. So we have all the Charging accessories available also for all Car types.

    - The models available are a 4-Amp called the SC-4 and and a 10 Amp Version called the SC-10, but for most every modern Car we always suggest 10 Amps being that with all the extra electronics and loads (especially in modern Ferraris) it is absolutely better to have additional charging current and Charging speed that 10-Amps offer.

So if you have questions please let us know, feel free to PM also.

Thanks for using our stuff, and posting up. What cool is though we are a newer sponsor I didn't realize that there many using our stuff, which I didn't realize because when people order most the time we don't know what Cars they go in. If you ever have any shot of your Car shoot them my way. would love to post some on our Instagram showing our stuff in more Ferraris.

Looks like a cool product, I've never been happy with my CTEK so I'm glad there is some competition.

But... That is a terrible name. There are so many other things already called superchargers.

Anyone know the size of the bolts in the compartment behind the drivers seat (LHD cars) that would connect to the ring terminals from the charger? Per Scott, the terminal are M8 but I've seen elsewhere that some terminals (from CTEK for example) are too small to fit. Pic of location in question courtesy of Aldous Voice.

    HI Bone,

IF you have the ability to crimp on a ring terminal I can send you a few that are larger... but you would have to crimp them on, we can do it for you also but that would take a few days for staff to get that to you, but if you buy the charger just let me know and I can have staff throw in some other size ring terminals. A thing I have done when using a ring terminal that is a little smaller is snip the ring terminal in the center, then open it up a little to fit over the larger bolts then just tighten and it will still hold under that circumstance just fine.

I'll see if I can get to the panel sometime this weekend and check the bolt size. If not, I'll take you up on the extra ring terminals.
One suggestion: not sure I understand the point of the female cigarette lighter adapter. What would be infinitely more useful is a male plug for those that want to charge through the lighter. I use this method on all of my other vehicles.

We will be uploading our Male Cig Lighter Adapter pto our website next week, so we actually do have those... But being this charger has a Power Supply the Female Cig Lighter adapter was desired as part of the package to power inflators, and other 12v stuff.

I think the ring terminals with some of the CTEK's are too small to fit around the diameter of the bolts in the rear compartment.

I received my 10amp charger today and promptly installed it. I've been using a BatteryMinder that came with the car. No idea if it's a good charger or not, but since I've never heard of it, out it went. Fortunately, the ring terminals that came with the Antigravity unit are just the right size. I do like the fact that it displays voltage and state of charge in simple icon form. CTEK's have 10 lights, 9 of which I have no idea what they mean. Last thing, from the pics on the website, i assumed the body of the charger was the same size as a CTEK, but it's about 2 1/2 times larger. Not an issue, just a big boy.

One other suggestion for the Antigravity guys: would be helpful to make the terminal wires a bit longer. These just barely made it out from under the compartment cover.

Thanks for the purchase and comments on your experiance with the Antigravity SC-10 and letting the community know.

Yes the SC-10 is a larger Charger than the CTEK, or other 4 amp Chargers, this is due to it having over twice the Amp Rating of the 4.3 Amp CTEK, meaning over 2x the output to charge a battery. To achieve 10 Amps of output you will have larger components that generate the higher Current (Amps) and they can also create more heat so you need a larger Case and Air flow around the components.
