    Hello, I had a small electrical fire behind my instrument panel in my 1978 3-8 GTS. I believe it started from the dimmer thermostat (yes, I will bypass and upgrade to led during this repair).

    Luckily the damage was only to the tac gauge and instrument wire harness. I’ve searched without much luck but trying to find a replacement harness. Can anyone please provide a source?

    I fried the harness in my 328 console because of using a cigarette lighter air compressor and had to find a new harness and these guys had one at a reasonable price.
    Give them a try.

    With that limited amount of damage... you could easily repair that yourself if you wanted. Probably would cost a lot less than a whole harness... and a lot less time putting it in. Just a thought.
