Proceeds to hit a U-Haul truck. Appears he was in some sort of sponsored rally.

What an idiot. Please dont buy fast cars if you cannot drive, luckily this leathal weapon (in this idiots hands) hit something bigger than it and put an end to it. Thank god it wasn't a classic and there's more around for those that can handle and use them responsibly, unfortunately there are also more of him/her.

Kudos to the 599 driver. He drove right past as if nothing happened.

total bummer. didn't look like he even went that far over but likely took it too fast. That must be the most annoying road to drive on.

He didn't appear to be driving fast to me at all, just not paying attention maybe?

I feel sad for the U-Haul guy, now he had to get another U-Haul - which would take forever,
transfer stuff over, and go on his merry way. With a helluva story to tell...

    It was a rental.

Definitely looked like a case of simply not paying attention and / or (if it was indeed a rental) not having an understanding of the width of the car!

It doesn't look like he was going that fast, but ohhhh man, you gotta always hug the inside of that corner - especially when going downhill! Because most people going uphill are also hugging the inside line!

All the cars behind it had the same sticker on the side, which led me to believe all these cars are in a rally. How do you know it was a rental?

Cringeworthy and probably a noob to the car and / or was distracted by the cell, etc.
