Was talking to Ferrari of Philadelphia that said they are using Interstate batteries and that it is factory approved, will not void any warranties/power.

I just want to hear from anyone else who can confirm this, and secondly, for the Cali T that does not have the auto stop/start hele feature, is it the Interstate MTX 49 H8?

I described what I did for my 2016 Cali T at thread in this forum titled:

2015 Cali T Hele Battery group type?

Also, 2016 Cali T also has battery replacement steps on pages 234 and 235 of the Owner's Manual, typically found in glove box or trunk. There are a few ways to do the battery changing steps, my approach is in the thread mentioned here.

Replaced mine also with non Ferrari "dealer installed" battery. I would have to check but believe it is an interstate. As the previous post mentioned owners manual provides the steps, Very doable for the home mechanic. Been two years and no issues.

Looks like Ferrari of Ft Lauderdale is also doing Interstate batteries... from the reference links I see MTX-49H8 too... so I think I'm going to replace my battery with an Interstate because I called Ferrari of Washington (Virginia) for a replacement battery, which is the Oddessey PC1350F and the price was 980$ (FOR JUST THE BATTERY).

Ferrari of Newport Beach offered me either the official replacement battery or the Interstate. The battery is one of the biggest batteries for a car I have handled, it was very helpful to have a second person help swing the battery in/out from its mounting location since it is quite a leaning over to do it for a person.

My 2015 Cali T had a dealer installed Interstate MTX-49H8 that lasted nearly 6 years (with tender) New one was a little less than $350 when I replaced it this January. Easy enough to replace yourself, follow the instructions and have a helper to get it back in. its a large heavy battery.
