Will we see reviews today? Someone said the 24th…
You know, funnily, I agreed except the overhead aerial shot the rear proportions look off now. I actually think the regular car looks better from the move and the Speciale looks better from still.
I think it's that shot. The images are heavily modified, and maybe the angle is just such. Sometimes side views look less good to me as well, as in the rear looks too big and the winglets are less effective, but then you see some angles and start to drool.
If there’s an inevitable XX it makes me even more hesitant to jump on this. That will be numbered and coveted. This is another likely buy used in a year special. The reviews so far I’d say are good, not glowing.

Maybe it'll be a non-hybrid challenge stradale. As far as reviews being tame, the 296 is already so good. It really seems to be hitting the mark though. It's a street car.
Yes I agree. What is curious to me is the dynamics next to the 296. Don’t just say it’s a 296 ++ (heard that 5x, I wonder if that line was fed), but talk about each performance feel in relation to the already fantastic standard car. I feel like that was avoided. I wanted to hear, the 296 is incredible. But this is worth it because….
Interesting to note that they provide one suspension type for the road test and the other for the track test - so ideally, one needs two cars instead of one Or maybe one should decide depending of one's main focus (road or track).
The CAR review was pretty favorable, and the short Motor Trend one showcased the new sound the best. I mean, this VS follows in the lines off the previous ones. They were all ++ cars, and not race cars. Ultimately I want more sound and lots of carbon fiber. Lol
It's surprising that two videos (from Hagerty and CAR magazine) hinted at a more extreme variant of the VS potentially coming next. That could be a real letdown if you buy this one assuming it's the ultimate track-focused version of the 296—at least, that's how I'd feel!
Who was that motor trend guy? Lol he spun the car. I’m sure Ferrari prep team had their palms on their foreheads with that one.
Probably have to buy this one if you want the other one. Plus, the actual track car is a lot less HP. Didn't Day hint at something like that coming? You can't win with Ferrari. There's always something new as you're collecting your car you ordered 2 years ago.
