If you look at the 1965 Honda traverse V-12. It looks a lot like an oversized M/C engine and gearbox, The injection looks like M/C carbs. Sochiro Honda and Ginther met the Emperor of Japan over this victory. Mr. Honda felt very honored for this. Very important in Japanese culture!

Yes and no: Isn't Honda going to have a say in that?

 

They pulled support this year. That was in the press. They will not interfere with any plans he makes. I dont see them backing him at Aston and why on earth would Aston need him. Its not money. He is not a top tier reserve driver either. Zero wins etc. Money does not make him better. Tost has stated he didnt have a good work ethic in his opinion. He begged to show how good he would be at RedBull. He has not been good.

 

Red Bull will be powered by RBPT-Ford PUs next year.
Honda will have no leverage there.
