    Hi everyone!!

Beeing new in the Ferrari world as a possible Ferrari owner, seams that I find an interesting unit/oportunity that if possible I'd like to have your comments, as reading the chat I'd like to avoid as much as possible all problems related with this model/year like gearbox or others know production problems:

I can give you some concret car details:

    - 458 SPIDER 8 CIL. DCT GS EUROPA
    - Engine type F136FB
    - Model Year 2012
    - Assembly 115058
    - Production date 13/06/2013

Car has actually 70.000km and all maintenance and campaings has been down in Ferrari home on time. I have all the informations necesary related with that.

There is any suggestion, important comment or advise that I should know regarding this specific data unit?

Should I chek something much more specific like the gearbox? or in this 2012 model year that problem has been already solved?

I'm comming from Porsche world (997.1, 997.2, 991.2 GT3's, 996 C4 Cabrio, 997.1 Turbo, ....) but never in Ferrari so I'm very excited but a little afraid at same time, so any comment will be super well received and very gratefull!

The only downside in coming from so many Porsches to Ferrari is the regret you didn't do it sooner.

Mileage looks high for 2012, check the annual mileage.
Has it had spark plugs done recently?
Usual checks, body, lights, undertray for scrapes if it doesnt have lift.
    Any warranty for the gearbox?
    Good luck

Mileage seems to be high indeed. If the price is set accordingly and it's intended to be a keeper, it could be a good deal but it's advisable to keep a few 10s of K to be able to face maintenance costs.
Btw, it's strange to have a 2012 MY for a car produced in 06/2013. Sometimes a 2012 car (produced in 2012) could be first sold / registered in 2013, but a 2012 car produced in 2013 is unheard of for me.
