FLEX-JET HOURS FOR SALE!!

My brother’s, a good friend, wants to sell off the 3 remaining years of a 5-year agreement with Flexjet. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on either a full or half of his 1/16 share for the Praetor 500 (mid-jet, 8-seat capacity). The plan is currently structured to allow 50 hours a year on the Praetor 500, but hours can be substituted on the Phenom 300 (light-jet) which would give you 75 hours for the same cost.

The buyer would benefit by:

· Acquiring either the full or half of the 1/16 share at a lower purchase price and depreciation cost per hour than buying a new share.

· Ability to split the 1/16 share from 50 to 25 hours per year if you want to partner with another individual. This is a lower commitment than buying directly from Flexjet.

· Flexibility on the term, currently Flexjet would require a 5-year commitment whereas taking over the share would only require a three-year commitment.
