    Terrific! I simply do not understand how the electronics will allow one to shift something, slightly slower, yet manually...

    Electronics on a 355 are pretty basic. Other than some minor wiring changes, you just need to get the engine ECU reflashed to manual firmware. Specialised ECU Repair on Florida do this for $499.

    Great! Appreciate the tips. Wish there was a conversion kit for the Maserati Coupe (2004).

    I don't think it would be cost effective, as the cars sell rather inexpensively...
