Haven't had mine on track yet but doing the Ron fellows z06 school in few weeks so will report them

Did u drive a z07 coupe at glen? Cup2r? Cf wheels? Light weight options. Z can vary from 3600 to 3800 lbs easily.

Agree steering weirdly heavy in track mode but that's adjustable. Did u use z mode to put steering to lightest setting? Makes big difference.

Gt3 is excellent track car that is compromised for street while z is opposite. Excellent street car that can be tracked. Choose what suits your needs

Help in this thread. Considering a stripper spec 1LZ HTC. Any reason to not do this? Figures it limits downside on losses. Not sure the higher trims add much but looking for help

I would recommend the 2lz trim that gives you nicer interior and creature comforts over the base trim. The 3lz allows option of alcantera which I like but Chevy version supposedly does not hold up as well as German versions.

I don't think resale comes into play w any of them anymore as they're just depreciating assets. Look for 10% off sticker on in stock cars

Regardless they all drive the same and most importantly sound same. Good luck and beware there is a stop sale on them new and used due to refuel fire risk recall

I bought a 1LZ new for under sticker last year. dropped about 5 k adding CF, spacer in back, painted brake calipers w/ matching seatbelts. CF rear z07 wing. pretty much have the car as i would have ordered. not having lift sucks, but all the other stuff in don't really need. it is a sports car after all. ( coming from a 3lt 2022 w/ all the bells and whistles)

What's the biggest diff between 3lz and 1lz? It seems to be....seats? Is that right?

Non ZO7 package, you could easily get them down another $10K. :)

I always felt the mistake they made on this car is that it didn't look different enough from a C8. 99 out of a hundred people would not recognize any difference.

Honestly, I think they look different enough. To me the Z06 completed the look. Most of the C8 styling dislikes I have are addressed in this model.

You're probably right, but the difference in sound is far from subtle.
