    Hi Everyone,
I'm from London Ontario Canada and wanted to pass along my experience with deciding to get the 360Trev Tune upgrade done to my '02 360 Spider F1 that I've owned for the last 3yrs+.
After over a year of lurking and reading pretty much every post that there is out there, (this forum and others), I still had some doubts and questions, so I decided to send Trevor a note on his Instagram page (Senica Consulting) the evening of Saturday April 5th, and see if he would respond. Within 4hrs, Trevor himself responded and we exchanged WhatsApp info and he arranged to call me that Sunday afternoon, late Sunday evening his time. We spoke for well over 30 minutes, and I could instantly hear the passion in his voice that he lives and breathes what he does. He shared with me the history and details of what came from the Ferrari factory in my car to the the detailed efforts he's put into reverse engineering the existing ECU's to make a program that it is today. Trevor sent me a technical package and video links after our call that describe in detail what the programming does. He provided me the contacts at PFAFF Tuning in Toronto (Piero and Valentin), who are authorized by Trevor to install his program.
I texted/talked with Valentin and Piero at PFAFF on Monday, and after they went through what it entails and provided me with the quote, I booked my appointment for the following week. The car was done in two days as promised and returned to me. Both guys were a pleasure to deal with and answered every question I had, plus some.
After sitting in the garage since its return because of a combination of my busy schedule and ****ty weather, I finally had the opportunity to take my car out for a spirited run to Port Stanley and back with the wife last Wednesday. All I can say is...WOW!
Firing it up I noticed right away that the idle and sound coming from the exhaust with the new Fabspeed headers I installed last fall (just before putting the car away for the winter), was different with a more aggressive, slightly higher rpm idle. The check engine light for the O2 sensor was gone....my OCD of having to look at that little yellow light on the dash was cured...lol. Once out on the highway, shifting through the gears, both up and down, was a totally new experience. Throttle response was instant...the tiny bit of hesitation it had before was gone. My wife even commented that the car just felt and sounded different. For her to notice anything other than her hair being messed up because the top was down was evidence enough that the new programming had made a difference.
I can say with confidence that my experience with the whole process was fantastic! For Trevor to take the time to call me on a Sunday evening from his home in Gibraltar and talk to me was impressive and very informative for me. Dealing with Valentin and Piero at PFAFF Tuning was a pleasure as well. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
Finally, I can honestly say that the end result is like driving a new car, and I encourage anyone with a 360 to seriously consider this upgrade. This tune has unleashed what this car should've been able to do when it left the factory in Italy 23 years ago. Thanks Trevor for making it happen!

Congratulations Americo. I have the same colour and tune.
I'm deep up to my neck with fluid changes right now, since it's been the nicest day since the winter ended.

Hey guys, I had Trevor and Sam perform the ECU tune on my 2003 360 Spider gated manual today. All I can say is wow, the throttle response is impressively improved, the starting is much easier, and the car feels like it has 10% or more horsepower. They also had the CEL turned off from my Fabspeed Euro cats and headers. I can't thank Trevor, Sam, and the team at Automotive International enough!!

+1 on Trev and Sam. Sam was awesome, also answered all my stupid questions.

I did a TCU and ECU upgrade and it transformed the car

If you have a 360 its a must!

It seems like there are plenty of reviews and experiences shared for the 360 Modena, so this modification feels like an obvious choice.

As for the F430, while the feedback is generally positive, it doesn’t seem as widely discussed.

Anyone have advice for pulling the ECUs in the Spider? Seems like I could screw it up....

You can do the upgrade without pulling ECUs per the info that Sam sent over to me. I just got the package via UPS from him to do the TrevTune on my 360 and plan to do it with the ECUs in place. Now I just need to find the time to get it done! Hopefully in the next week. I will get photos posted when it happens.

100% doable and for me easier to do with the ECU’s in situ. But this is for a coupe. I don’t know if access is any different on a spider.

It looked like from the Google doc Sam sent, that you remove the ECUS and then bench flash it with their tablet. You guys are thinking you can connect directly to them in the car? Im asking because given my mechanical inclination this is gonna result in an un-drivable car for a few weeks LOL

Sam sent me info that yes, you can do it while they are in the car. When it's time for me to do it, I will have Sam on the phone to ensure I don't screw anything up!
