I can’t remember if I shared this elsewhere after he passed, but we met at FFQC - I think it was 2003. At the track day, Will saw me in the pit area and invited me for a ride in the TR racecar. After that we saw each other in Vegas a few times, both for events and a couple of times for dinner when he was visiting. He was always kind and gracious to me, even when I was a young student years away from my own Ferrari.

Today my greenhouse 20amps connectors for the heaters went kaboom and I replaced everything with Hubbell ones, what a difference. RIP William, miss you and the bubbles posts.

I think he died from a medical event with a smile on his face while having 'fun' with multiple Bubbles at the same time.

At least that's the way I choose to remember it.

 

Personally, IDGAF if it was covid, od, gunned down during bank robbery, or skydiving orgie. Only thing I hope for was the end was swift and painles. Bro lived the life. I think out of all the car wildmen we've known, he and john (yellowenzo123) lived the life so many others wished they had, now every kid with a pulse has an exotic.
