Ah ah! I totally agree with you, Alberto, the coffee trucks inside the fair, during all the fairs in Italy is the same, sell s..t only.
Write me in PM before your next tour, I'll buy a coffee at the best shop in Turin.

I have lived here for 10 years. You need to go downtown to Impero, just off of Piazza della Mercanzia.

Go visit Alessio at "L' Albero di Caffe" . He's nearby Bologna, at 3A Via dei Carpini, Anzola dell'Emilia.

Tell him I recommended for you to reach him. He will (if) see you for only a few minutes. That's it.

Google him, and tell him if you can visit. He is a roaster and has samples of our coffee. Do it soon, as he probably has gone through it by now, or maybe not...

We are trying to open into the Italian coffee market. If we do, it will be spectacular.

    Regards,
    Alberto

Good luck finding a decent espresso in France. I therefore suggest you also try the French market.

Thank you. We prefer Italy, as tons of connections there. France will follow.....

I agree on the French quality

Regretfully, Illy is only reputation. Bottom line, people 'that know' how to cup, preferred ours.

Do you use salt or pepper in your Romanee-Conti? If coffee is great, why use sugar / milk / etc. ?

Ketchup on your aged Sirloin? nahhh.....yet a free world, in most places.
